These terms govern your use of ticket.milan.it. The site is published by the operator of this website, who can be contacted at info@ticket.milan.it. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the site.

Independent site, no affiliation

ticket.milan.it is an independent editorial publication. It is not an official ticket office, travel agency, tour operator or booking agent, and it is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo, the Cenacolo Vinciano or Santa Maria delle Grazie, the Teatro alla Scala, Stadio Giuseppe Meazza, the Castello Sforzesco, the Pinacoteca di Brera, the Comune di Milano, ATM, Trenord, or any other venue, museum, operator or authority named on the site. Names, trade marks and logos belonging to third parties are used descriptively and remain the property of their owners.

Information only

All content is published for general information. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell a ticket, a booking confirmation, or professional, legal or travel advice. Every purchase you make after leaving this site is a contract between you and the seller, governed by that seller’s terms, cancellation policy and privacy policy. We are not a party to it and take no role in payment, delivery, entry, refunds or disputes.

Accuracy

We take reasonable care with prices, opening hours, closing days, ticket inclusions and event dates, and we cite official sources where we have them. Even so, it can change without notice, and errors are possible. Verify the price, date, inclusions and cancellation terms at the seller’s checkout, and opening hours on the venue’s own website, before you travel. Content is provided “as is”, without warranty of accuracy or completeness.

Affiliate links and commissions

The site earns affiliate commissions. Our primary commercial partner is Tiqets and our secondary partner is GetYourGuide. Links to those platforms may carry a tracking parameter, and we may receive a commission if you book after following one. This costs you nothing: the price is the same as booking directly. Other platforms and operators discussed on the site are not commercial partners, and inclusion, ranking or a positive assessment is never for sale. Our full disclosure is on the about page.

Third-party widgets and links

Some pages embed booking widgets and product grids supplied by our partners, and link to third-party websites. Those components are served by the third party, run under its own terms and privacy policy, and may set its own cookies. We do not control their content, availability or data handling and accept no responsibility for them. See our privacy policy for what that means for your data.

Intellectual property

The text, structure, comparisons and original tables on this site are © ticket.milan.it and may not be copied, republished, scraped or used to train automated systems without prior written permission. Quoting a short extract with a visible link back is permitted. Photographs are published under Creative Commons or equivalent licences and each is credited on our photo credits page; reuse of an image is governed by that image’s own licence, not by these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of this website is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including missed visits, sold-out attractions, closed venues, refused entry, incorrect prices, travel costs or lost bookings. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or rights you hold as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms, the site’s content and its features at any time. The version published here, with the date shown at the top of the page, is the one that applies. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes fall to the courts of Milan, Italy, unless mandatory consumer protection rules give you the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
