The fastest way to reach us is info@ticket.milan.it. One person reads that inbox and answers within two business days. Please put the page URL in the subject line if you are writing about something specific — it saves a round trip.
What we can help with
- Corrections. A price, an opening time, a closing day or a policy that has changed. Include the page and, if you can, a link to the official source. These are our highest priority.
- Partnership and business enquiries. Data feeds, licensing, or working with us as a venue or operator.
- Press and research. Questions about how the Milan ticket market works, how the Cenacolo Vinciano release system operates, or how we compile our comparisons.
- Photo credits. If you hold rights to an image used on the site and the credit is wrong or missing, write to us and we will correct or remove it. Current credits are listed on our photo credits page.
- Accessibility problems with this website.
What we cannot help with
We are an independent guide, not a ticket office, travel agency or tour operator. We do not sell tickets, take payments, issue vouchers or hold reservations, so we have no way to look up, change, refund or reissue anything.
If you have already booked, go to whoever took your money:
- Booked on Tiqets — the Tiqets help centre, quoting your order number.
- Booked on GetYourGuide — the GetYourGuide help centre, through the booking in your account or the confirmation email.
- Booked with any other platform — that platform’s own support channel.
- Booked direct with the venue — the venue’s ticket office: the Duomo di Milano for cathedral, terrace and museum tickets, the Cenacolo Vinciano’s official vendor for the Last Supper, the Teatro alla Scala box office for performances.
We also cannot reserve a Last Supper slot for you, get you a ticket that is sold out, or intervene with an operator on your behalf. What we can do is explain the alternatives — that is what the rest of the site is for, starting with operators and platforms and the Last Supper page.
Before you write
Two questions come up constantly, and the answers are already on the site: how to get Last Supper tickets when the official release has gone, and which Duomo ticket includes the terraces. Both are covered on the Last Supper and Duomo tickets.
More about who we are and how we are funded is on our about page.
Questions people ask
01I booked a ticket and something is wrong. Can you fix it?
No — we never hold your booking. Contact the platform you paid, using the order number in your confirmation email: the Tiqets help centre, the GetYourGuide help centre, or the venue's own ticket office if you bought direct.
02How do I cancel or change a Milan ticket?
Through the seller, under the cancellation terms shown at checkout. Many Milan attraction tickets, including most Cenacolo Vinciano slots, are non-refundable and cannot be moved.
03How long do you take to reply?
Two business days. Corrections with a source usually get handled the same day.
04Do you accept guest posts or paid links?
No. We do not publish sponsored articles, paid reviews or paid links, and we do not sell placement in our comparisons.
